We started Happy 2 Help Moving because the moving industry needed something the big national vans and gig-app crews stopped offering: a calm, careful, on-time experience run by people who actually answer the phone. That sounds simple. It isn't. Most of the moving complaints filed with FDACS boil down to the same handful of failures — the crew showed up three hours late, the truck wasn't big enough, the price doubled at the end, the helpers were day-laborers who'd never met each other before that morning. None of those things happen at Happy 2 Help because none of those things are how Devin runs the company.

Every quote at Happy 2 Help Moving comes from one person. Every move is staffed from the same trained crew. Every truck is loaded under our standards, not a subcontractor's. Devin is hands-on for scoping, planning, and quality. If something goes sideways on your move, you talk to Devin — not a 1-800 line that routes to a call center in Florida.

Who we move

We move families across the Jacksonville metro, St. Johns County, Ponte Vedra, Nocatee, World Golf Village, and the broader First Coast. We move small businesses out of older Downtown Jacksonville buildings into bigger floors out on the Southside and Town Center. We move parents into senior-living communities and treat the move with the patience the transition deserves. We serve St. Johns County, the Jacksonville metropolitan area, and surrounding Northeast Florida communities for local and long-distance moves. What "owner-operated" actually means here

When somebody says "owner-operated" in moving, it usually means the owner used to drive a truck. With Happy 2 Help, it means the owner is still on every quote, every problem call, every escalation. Devin personally walks the harder jobs — the historic-district carriage houses, the four-flight Allston walk-ups, the senior moves where the family lives out of state. If we book it, we own the result.

Happy 2 Help Moving is a licensed and insured Florida moving company headquartered in St. Augustine, FL 32084 (subject to FDACS mover-registration regulations). We carry general liability and cargo coverage on every move, and we'll provide a Certificate of Insurance for any building or HOA that requires one before move day. We do not display fake review counts, fabricated awards, or longevity claims you'll see on national franchise sites — Happy 2 Help Moving is a real St. Augustine business, run by a real St. Augustine person.

What we won't do

• We won't quote you a low number on Tuesday and add fuel surcharges, stair fees, and "long carry" fees on Friday.
• We won't show up with a crew of strangers we hired off Craigslist that morning.
• We won't send a 26-foot truck down a narrow St. Augustine historic-district alley that won't take it — we know which streets work, and we plan accordingly.
• We won't put you on hold for forty minutes when something goes wrong.
